We offer high-quality grape juice sourced from 100% estate-grown fruit in the Yakima Valley AVA. Each lot is processed to preserve varietal character, freshness, and balance, providing a clean, ready-to-ferment product for your winemaking needs.

Juice Pricing & Minimums

• Pricing is determined by grape varietals
• Minimum juice purchase requirement is 1 ton = 155 gallons of clean juice
• Vessels for juice are not included in pricing
• If purchasing a tote from us - the minimum purchase is 275 gallons
• Juice orders must be placed in advance of harvest. Availability is limited and based on varietal *Early booking is strongly recommended.

Tote Pricing
275-gallon totes: $335 each
330-gallon totes: $366 each

Grape Data and Block Determination

• Grape BRIX testing is completed weekly

Contract

• A contract is required to hold juice.
• 25% deposit is required at the time of contract signing with balance due prior to shipping

S​hipping & Transportation

• Buyers are responsible for arranging shipment and pickup
• A scheduled pickup window will be provided once juice is ready
• Refrigerated trucking is required to maintain quality during transport
• Airfield Estates is not responsible for product condition once it leaves the facility
• 24-hour inspection period on the juice as long as it ships refrigerated.
